Deerfield Inn Gives Back
Thank you to the kind and generous guests in Champney’s (our on-site restaurant) who brought something to the table and shared the bounty with the county. They donated to others and helped spread the joy of a good meal while they had one themselves.

Deerfield Live nativity

On Christmas Eve we collected money to help buy food to feed the hungry. The village held its 39th living manger in the stables behind the inn, and after viewing the tableau folks came in to the Terrace where we gave them local mulled cider and festive cookies.

We received more cash donations and filled a box with non-perishables. It was wonderful of you all, and we thank you on behalf of those in need for the hand up you have given.

deerfield ma bed and breakfast charity donation

The dear and lovely Beth and Alexis had the wonderful idea of helping us all feel warm by doing something warming and special for others. One of our trees at our Deerfield, MA bed and breakfast is designated as the collection tree, and the gifts beneath it will be  shoes and boots of all sizes – new or gently worn – to be taken to the Northampton Survival Center to be distributed to those in need, or sold at their consignment center to raise funds. Pass this message on to those you know in the neighborhood and let’s pile that footwear high!

Our Deerfield, MA bed and breakfast is located at 81 Old Main Street, Deerfield, MA, and our phone number is 413-774-5587
