Dog Friendly Rooms

We understand that for many of our guests their dog is part of the family so we say, bring fido with you on your visit.  We are a dog friendly hotel!

Your BFF (best furry friend) is welcome when you are visiting the Deerfield Inn.  Get to enjoy with your pal the state forest hikes, sitting outside in the cool evenings, and letting them hang out the window with ears flapping while you enjoy driving around our New England villages.

As with any dog friendly hotel, we do have a few rules.  There is a pet charge of $35.00 per dog, and we require that your dog be on a leash at all times on the grounds and the street.  We provide a doggie towel for you to wipe wet or muddy paws and a blanket to put over the furniture if they have a habit of sleeping on the bed with you or in a chair.  We also provide a waste station with waste bags for you to pick up after your dog.

Check out this wonderful pet friendly trail: The Canalside Trail is a 3.27 mile trail that starts at the McClelland Farm Road and heads north on the old NYNH&H RR it is a great trail to take your dog and give them some exercise while enjoying the surrounding countryside.
