NECI Interns Visit a Farmers’ Market

We are so happy to have four interns from the New England Culinary Institute in Montpelier, VT working with us. We are happy because they are passionate about what they do and are all super nice, and also happy because we are a nano local place and we think it’s really cool that these young students chose our kitchen in this little village of Deerfield because they care about our farmers, about knowing how to butcher conscientiously raised animals, about keeping it fresh and close to home. How lovely that a new generation of rising chefs care that in choosing what we eat, we are farming by proxy!
