For coach groups or organizations of 25 or more - effective January 2005

The historic 1884 Deerfield Inn stands at the center of Old Deerfield, Massachusetts, on a tree-lined street known as the loveliest in New England.

Deerfield Inn's award-winning restaurant uses the finest, freshest ingredients available, and we specialize in catering to group needs.

Deerfield village is a designated a National Historic Landmark with 14 museum houses open daily to group tours and filled with beautiful early American furniture, silver, clocks, textiles, and ceramics. Step-on tours and the Collections Study Center offer groups alternative ways of experiencing this unique village.

The Museum Store adjacent to the Inn sells many unique gift items, books, and mementos.

The Inn is conveniently located of I-91, minutes from area attractions such as Yankee Candle Company, Old Deerfield Country Store, Richardson's Candy Kitchen, New England Candle Company, Butterfly Conservatory, Yankee Postman, the Shelburne Falls' Bridge of Flowers and the holiday Bright Nights of Springfield.

You may choose 3 of the above entrées and 1 dessert.

We require counts ten days prior to your scheduled arrival with a guaranteed count of how many will be in the gropu in total. You will be charged for this guaranteed number as this will be how many we prepare for.

All entrées have (as appropriate) the Chef's choice of rice or potato and garden vegetables.

Tax and 20% gratuity will be added to the bill.

Occasionally menu substitutions may be necessary based on market conditions.

Getting here

From the South. Take I-91 North. In Mass take Exit 24. At the end of the ramp bear right.

Follow Routes 5 & 10 for five miles. On the right is a sign for Historic Deerfield. On the left will be a Sunoco Service Station. Take the left immediately before the Sunoco. Where the street forks, bear right. The Inn is half a mile down on the left.

From the North. Take exit 25. At the end of hte ramp turn left. At the light turn left again. Then follow the directions above.

From Boston. Take either Route 2 West to Greenfield, or I-90 West to I-91, then follow the directions above.

Deerfield Inn Policies

GROUP FINAL COUNT

A group is defined as any party of 25 or more people who pay for services rendered with a single check. Since all food served to groups is cooked to order, we require a count of how many will be in the group ten days prior to the scheduled function.

GUARANTEED NUMBERS

Final counts are given ten days prior to the scheduled function. These counts are a guarantee. Your bill will reflect the number of people based on this guarantee, even if the actual number of people in the group decreases.

NO SHOWS

Groups may cancel up to one month prior to the scheduled function. Expected groups who fail to arrive, and do not call to cancel, will be billed for the total guaranteed count.

COMPLIMENTARY

We will provide a complimentary meal for the group leader and the bus driver. The gratuity on these complimentary meals will be reflected in the final bill.

PAYMENT

Full payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are made at the time the reservation is confirmed. One check covering all service will be presented. Separate checks ar not available for group food service.

CONFIRMATION

We require a deposit of $50 to guarantee your group's arrival. We are unable to confirm any luncheon date without a deposit.

Your deposit is fully refundable up to one month prior to the function, unless we cannot resell the date. This deposit will be applied towards the final bill.
