2011 RATE CHART
|Rates are subject to 11.7% rooms tax and a daily $6 service charge|
ALERT!! These rates depend on the type of guestroom you choose. Rates are for single or double occupancy. Please go to our online reservations page to check on availability and select your room type. Some slower days will be discounted. Some periods require a two-night minimum stay.
A service charge of six dollars per day is applied on departure. This is shared among housekeepers and breakfast waitstaff.

The rate for a third person in a room is $35.00. Fire laws do not permit us to have more than three adults in a room. Sometimes we claim two small children as one adult, so ask us about it if you have little ones in tow. We can only fit a rollaway bed in king-bedded rooms.
A good continental breakfast is included with your stay. We serve from 7:30-10:00 a.m., and a hot à la carte breakfast is always available. We make our own granola and do our own baking.
Champney’s Restaurant & Tavern at the Deerfield Inn is open for lunch from 12:00-2:30 pm, and dinner from 5:00-9:00 pm every day of the week. We also have a tavern appetizer menu for folks just wanting a bite with perhaps a pint of local draught.
On Sundays when the winter is done, we serve brunch instead of lunch with the accompaniment of live jazz.
We are so sorry, but we can no longer accept pets. Some pet owners have ruined it for all the rest and we cannot continue with the damages and dramas we have experienced. (By the way, this applies to ill-behaved children as well!)
Other Reservation Information
Reservations are guaranteed by a deposit equal to one night’s stay by a major credit card (Amex, Visa, MasterCard), check, or cash.
If your plans change we must receive notice of cancellation at least seven days prior to your scheduled arrival in which case we will gladly credit your deposit to another visit within six months, or we will refund your deposit. For last minute cancellations your deposit may be forfeited unless we can resell the room at the same rate. Please note that there are no refunds for early departures unless we can resell the room.
A $15 per room processing fee applies to all cancellations.
